The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 01.07.2024 vide Annexures "A" and "B", wherein the petitioner has sought for appointing him on a permanent basis and to provide all consequential benefits. It is contended that respondent No.2 has not passed any order on the representations submitted by the petitioner vide Annexures "A" and "B". Hence, this petition. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 appearing through video conferencing submits that if a reasonable time is granted to respondent No.2, respondent No.2 would consider the representations of the petitioner vide Annexures "A" and "B" and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:53190 WP No. 18940 of 2024 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for respondent No.2, I proceed to pass the following order: ORDER (I) The writ petition is disposed of. (II) Respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner vide Annexures 'A' and 'B' and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (III) Meanwhile, the respondents are directed to continue the service of the petitioner until the representations of the petitioner is considered.
