Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Airport P.S. Case No. 29 of 2023 (N) corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 57 of 2023(S) registered under Sections 21 (A)/21 (B) of the N.D.P.S. Act and Sections 25 (1-B) a/ 26 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-VI -Cum-Special Judge N.D.P.S, Ranchi. On 12.06.2023, Ranchi police, apprehended co-accused Ronit Raj Bhagat and on search 32 grams of brown sugar and 40 cartridges were recovered from his possession. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither arrested at the spot nor anything was recovered from her possession. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of Ronit Raj Bhagat.
