Lal, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. Baidhya, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent, who submits that though the case dairy was called for, however, in the meanwhile the charge has been laid vide charge-sheet No. 60/2025 dated 30.03.2025 Page No.# 2/2 against the present petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by order dated 11.02.2025, the petitioner was allowed to go on interim bail by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has complied with the conditions of the interim bail. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the meanwhile in a connected case, the petitioner was granted absolute bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 19.02.2025 in Bail Application No. 440/2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is co- operating in the investigation and, therefore, his custodial detention may not be necessary. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the fact that the charge-sheet has been laid, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court by order dated 11.02.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and appear before the Trial Court as and when so required by the Trial Court.
