The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted the privilege of regular bail by an order dated 18.07.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.49544 of 2025 with the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father Md. Nasho @ Nasir. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in Cr. Misc. No.49544 of 2025, inadvertently before the name of the father of the petitioner ‘Late’ could not be prefixed. It is submitted that father of the petitioner died on 08.01.2014. It is submitted that the instant modification application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 18.07.2025 in Cr. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61816 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 Misc. No.49544 of 2025 with regard to the condition imposed for grant of bail. It is further submitted that brother of the petitioner namely, Shamshad is ready to furnish bail bonds. 4. The learned A.P.P. also does not oppose the modification application. 5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the order dated 18.07.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.49544 of 2025 is modified to read as one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his brother namely, Shamshad, instead of one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father Md. Nasho @ Nasir. 6. The order dated 18.07.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.49544 of 2025 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The rest of the conditions shall remain the same. 7.
