This matter has appeared in the list at the instance of the learned Advocate for the petitioners for certain corrections of the order dated 17.12.2025 as pointed out hereunder:- i) The name of one of the Advocates who appeared on behalf of the petitioners should be ‘Ms. Srijani Ghosh’ instead of ‘Mr. Srijan Ghosh’. ii) In paragraph nos. 5 and 25 the date of the order should be ‘November 22, 2024’ instead of ‘November 18, 2024’. 2. Mr. Chatterjee and Mr. Ghosh, appearing for respondent nos. 4 to 9, have also suggested the deletion of paragraph 2. Accordingly, paragraph 2 of the said order is deleted. Consequently, paragraph 35 also stands deleted. 3. In substitution of para 35, the following shall be incorporated: “Since only a point of law is involved and the facts are not in dispute, no affidavits have been called for.” P a g e | 2 4. Further, on their prayer, the following paragraph shall be added thereafter: “This order will not impede the rights of respondent nos. 4 to 9 in the pending revisional application before this Hon’ble Court.” 5.
