It is submitted that the incident in question occurred in the year 2012. It is further submitted that the LW2 is approximately 76 years old and that the matter could not be concluded before the learned trial court for various reasons. 2. It is submitted that the matter is currently posted for the examination of the accused, and for the last eight adjournments, the case has been listed for the same purpose. Considering the submissions that a witness, aged about 76 years, is yet to be examined and that the health of the said witness is not satisfactory, the learned Principal Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Tirupati, is hereby directed to expedite the trial in C.C.No.808 of 2024, keeping in view that only two witnesses remain to be examined. 3.
