Husband filed a case matrimonial case under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act in MC No.521/2022 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:43990 CP No. 304 of 2023 which is pending on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bengaluru District, Bengaluru. 4. Wife has filed a petition under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act,2005, which is numbered as Crl.Misc. No.995/2022 on the file of Principal Civil Judge and JMFC, Chickballapur. 5. In the first place, such a petition before the Court at Chickballapura itself is not maintainable in view of the fact that parties lastly resided at Hosakote which is under the jurisdiction of Bangalore Rulral Court. 6. Nevertheless, since the video conferencing facility is now available, petitioner may make best use of the same and appear before the Rule Court, Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bangalore Rule Court in M.C. No.521/2022. 7.
