Case of the prosecution, in brief, iS that, On 17.04.2024 the defacto complainant erected a banner opposite to Mohan Babu University to open a new hotel under the name and style of lIHotel Prabhakar" on the *=-l =~ same day night some unknovin persons contacted me through phone and stated that some unknown persons torn the banner. Immediately he went and saw the banner, which was 'ln torn condition. On 19.04.2025 at about 8.00 p.m when the defactO COmPlainant found through C.C camera footage that one James and some other persons torn the banner With knife. Thereby, the defacto complainant COntaCted him, Who Shouted and told him over phone. At about 10.00 p.m at Rangampeta Junction, when he was with his brother-in-law, one Mr. Naravaripalli Chaitanya, Rangampeta Chiranjeevi and others came and attacked the defacto complainant with an intention to kill him w'lth knives and sticks and caused injury on the stomach and back side of head. Thereafter, the mother of the defaCtO COmPlainant brought him to his house and after few munities, the sa'ld persons came to his house with an intention to kill him with hockey sticks and knives and after that they collapsed all the things in his house and hotel. Based on the statement given by him, the present case has been registered. 3. Heard Sri R. Abishek Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner/ Accused No.7 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, representing the I State/Respondent. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner/Accused No.1 would submit that the petitioner herein is A-7 and he has nothing to dO With the Offence, a false case has been lodged. Investigation is almost completed. Accused Nos.5, 6, 8 and 10 got anticipatory bail by this Court and Accused Nos. 2, 3, '-- I .?.-.'l.IIll``. 4, 9 and 13 were released py way of anticipatory bail granted by the trl'al court. Accused Nos.1 and 14 got regular bail from the trial court. 5. Learned counsel would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he is ready to furnish the sureties to the satjsfactl'on of the court. The petitioner is in jail relating to the pres.ent case only. Learned counsel finally Prays tO allow the petl'tion. 6. Learned Assistant public prosecutor for the state would submit that I'n the alleged l'ncident, two persons suffered grievous injuries and one suffered simple injury. Investigation is completed, except arrest of Accused No.ll and 12. There are specific overt acts are attributed against the petitioner. 7. Considering the submissions made, in the light of the fact that remaining accused were released el'ther on anticipatory bail or on regular bail and investigation is also completed, except for arrest of Accused Nos. ll and 12, hence the, question of interfering with the witnesses does not arise. In that view, this court is inclined to release the petitioner/Accused No.7 on bail on the following conditions. i. The Petitioner / Accused No.7 shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousands donly) with two sureties for a II'ke Sum each tO the satisfaction of concerned Magistrate court. I'i. On release, the Appellant shall appear before the station House Officer, concerned, twice in a week i.e., on wednesday and H I.il.. IV. sunday between 10.00 a.m. and o5.00 p.m., tl.Il filing of the Charge sheet. The Petitioner is directed not to hamper the l'nvestjgatI-On and tamper wl'th the prosecution witnesses.
