At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved representation to SSP, Mohali but inadvertently he is not arrayed as party. Hence, he prays that SSP, Mohali be impleaded as respondent No. 3. 3. Prayer is accepted. SSP, SAS Nagar, Mohali is impleaded as respondent No.3 in the Memo of Parties.
