Petitioner is plaintiff in Original Suit No. 52 of 2011. He filed a temporary injunction application, which was rejected by the trial court. Petitioner challenged trial court’s order by filing miscellaneous appeal, which too was dismissed by learned Appellate Court. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner filed this writ petition in 2019. 4. As per report, received from Civil Judge (J.D.), Rishikesh, District Dehradun, Original Suit No. 52 of 2011, Nikhil Kumar Vs. Smt. Aarti Saklani was disposed of by the trial court on 05.08.2022. 5. Mr. Jitendra Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the said suit has been decided. 6. In such view of the matter, the relief claimed in the writ petition do not survive. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
