Borah, learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter at some length, having realised that the respondent authorities have considered their applications for re-engagement as Assistant Professor in terms of the Cabinet decision has returned with the findings that the B-Tech in instrumental engineering of the petitioners is not relevant or equivalent subject to the Electrical Engineering as per the Government Notification dated 07.01.2024, prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh.
