ORAL JUDGMENT Appellant Nos.1 and 2, respondent Nos.1 and 2 along with their respective counsels are present.
2. The appellants and the respondents have filed compromise petition under Order 23 Rule 3 read with Section 151 of CPC affixing their signatures and the same has been identified by their respective counsel. In the compromise petition, it is stated that they have settled the matter amicably out of the Court on their own will and wish without any undue influence by other third party. Therefore, requested to dispose of the appeal in terms of the compromise decree.
3. On enquiry, the appellants submit that they have settled the matter on their own will and wish and requested to draw decree in terms of the compromise petition.
4. The compromise petition is taken on record.

5. The appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise petition.
6. Draw the decree accordingly.
