The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 65 days in preferring the appeal against the order, dated 11.07.2025 made in E.C.No.109 of 2023 on the file of the Commissioner for Employees Compensation cum Joint Commissioner of Labour Tribunal at Tiruchirappalli. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the records. 3.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
