By the impugned order, the passport of the petitioner has been impounded on ground of suppression/wrong information provided by the petitioner at the time of obtaining the passport. The order itself recites that the petitioner has remedy of appeal under Section 11 of the Passport Act, 1967. 3. Shri Ali Bin Saif, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal. 4.
