Issue a writ of certiorari to quash Annexure-E the notice bearing No. SGR/AZ/1210/LN 41/2025-26 dated 22.8.2025 issued under Section 13(4) of Sarfaesi Act by the respondent Bank in so far as petitioner is concerned. b. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent bank to consider Annexure-D the requisition letter dated 12.9.2025 given by the petitioner and furnish the details of the loan accounts (1) loan account bearing No. 10220000000273(2) Loan Account No. 10200000848 and (3) Loan Account No. 102200000605 and their statement of accounts. c.
