Side) ORDER This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18243 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15813 of 2022 dated 13.12.2023. 2. Apart from that, he is also appearing before the Trial Court in S.C.No.2 of 2018, the petitioner has been arrayed as an accused. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner should appear for another three more months and thereafter his presence may not be required. 4. In view of the same, the petitioner shall continue to appear before the respondent police on 1st working day for the month of August, September and October at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter before the Trial Court on all hearing dates. 5.
