Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf the parties. 2. By order dated July 31, 2019, a coordinate Bench of this Court in Special Appeal No. 596 of 2019, filed by the petitioner, allowed the appeal of the petitioner and remanded the matter to the learned Single Judge to decide the writ petition being Writ C No. 8768 of 2019 that has been filed by the respondent No.7 herein. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties agreed that the affidavits have been exchanged in the said writ petition and the matter is ripe for hearing. 4. In our view, since the dispute is with regard to the grant of fishery rights to the petitioner herein and the same is pending before the learned Single Judge, the matter may be resolved upon decision taken by the learned Single Judge. 5. Furthermore, the present writ petition is also on the same cause of action wherein the petitioner is seeking enforcement of his right to carry on fisheries as per the allotment of fishery right to him. 6. We are of the view that this writ petition may be disposed of with a request made to the learned Single Judge to hear out this matter expeditiously. Parties are directed to mention the matter before the learned Single Judge for hearing the same.
