Gautam, learned Sr. G.A. appearing for the respondents-State. [2] This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- “a) Issue Notice upon the Respondents; AND b) Admit this petition of the petitioner and issue a writ of certiorari or in the nature thereof calling for records relevant to the subject matter of the writ petition of the petitioner from the custody of the respondents; AND c) Issue a writ of mandamus or in the nature thereof commanding the Respondents to immediately conduct the proceedings for restoration of the lands mentioned in application dated 27/07/2023 of the Petitioner as per Section 187B of the Tripura Land Revenue and Land Reforms Act, 1960 in a time-bound manner; AND d) After hearing the parties pass further order/orders which may be necessary for restoration of the lands of the Petitioner” [3] It is seen from the record that the petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 27.07.2023 addressed to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, West Tripura, Agartala , ventilating his grievances. But till date the petitioner got no response. [4] In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this present writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent(s) to decide the matter upon the representation dated 27.07.2023 within a period of 03 (three) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with law. [5] With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
