This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Surakhsa Sanhita, 2023 in a case arising out of FIR No.53 dated 30.04.2025 under Sections 18 and 29 of NDPS Act, Police Station City Samana, District Patiala. 2. Vide order dated 16.06.2025, the petitioner was admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of Investigating/Arresting Officer. The petitioner was also directed to cooperate with the Investigating/Arresting Officer. 3. Learned State Counsel has filed reply. The same be taken on record. 4.
