The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barharwa P.S. Case No.137 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 147/148/ 149/ 109/323/341/325/302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri P. Ranjan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rajmahal. On 18.08.2023, petitioner along with co-accused persons entered into the house of the informant and assaulted his son namely Arvind Ramani due to which he succumbed to his injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is specific allegation that co-accused Laxman Ramani and Dilip Ramani had assaulted the son of the informant. It was further submitted that as far as the petitioner is concerned, he is alleged to have assaulted the elder son of the informant causing injury. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. It appears that similarly situated co-accused Pradeep Ramani has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.12042 of 2023. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri P. Ranjan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rajmahal or his successor in connection with Barharwa P.S. Case No.137 of 2023. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
