By means of present petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the order of transfer dated 15.6.2025, whereby he has been transferred from Bulandshahar to Bareilly. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been discriminated against as three persons who have been named in paragraphs 5,6 and 7 to the writ petition have remained posted for more period than the period spent by petitioner.. Learned Standing Counsel on contrary submits that petitioner has overstayed at district Bulandshahar for period of 27 years, and therefore, he has been transferred and now he may not have any grievance. It is further submitted that petitioner has not been transferred at distant place as he has been transferred from Bulandshahar to Bareilly only, however, he has no objection, in the event petitioner moves representation before the competent authority/ respondent no. 3, and the said authority is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner . In view of aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to move representation before the competent authority/respondent no. 3 within a period of two weeks from today raising all his grievance as raised in the present petition also legal pleas as to the non compliance of transfer policy and in the event any representation is moved, the same shall be considered and disposed of within a further period of four weeks'.
