Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that he has specific instructions from the bank not to settle the dispute with the petitioner as petitioner has already not complied firstly with the order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal and secondly in making payment pursuant to one time settlement that was offered by the bank. 4. In light of the same, we do not see any reason to intervene in this matter. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law.
