JUSTICE D K SINGH ORAL ORDER The present writ petition has been filed for the following prayers: "a) Issue a writ of mandamus by directing the Respondent No.4 to consider the representation, dated 10.01.2024, vide Annexure-'E' in terms with the order, dated 12.10.2021 passed by the Karnataka Information Commission in KaMaLi11952APL2012; vide Annexure-'C'. b) And pass such other order or relief as this authority deems good and fit on the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Petitioner claims to be the absolute owner in possession of the agricultural land in Survey No.106/17, ad-measuring about 2 acres, situated at Kanakapura - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47087 WP No. 4118 of 2024 Taluk, Ramanagara District. Petitioner has requested for providing him the certified copies of the grant, his memorandum of order and a sketch pertaining to his agricultural land before the Tahsildar, Harohalli Taluk office, Ramanagara District. 3. Again representation dated 15.12.2011 has been given. No information as requested by the petitioner has been given. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to the Tahsildar to consider his representation dated 10.01.2024 and for providing the requisite documents to him. 5. Mr. Sudev Hegde, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that if the petitioner is entitled for the documents sought for by him in respect of the land in Survey No.106/17, his representations shall be considered in accordance with law for doing the needful. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47087 WP No. 4118 of 2024 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and submissions advanced by learned counsel representing the parties, I dispose off the writ petition by directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2024 (Annexure-E) and pass necessary orders in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of two months from the day the certified copy of this order is submitted before him.
