The present writ petition has been filed for fair investigation in Case Crime No. 0342 of 2024, under sections- 147, 323, 504, 506, 452, 354(Kha) IPC and Section 3(1)(da), 3(1)(Gha), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Ubhaon, District - Ballia with regard to the First Information Report dated 20.11.2024. 3. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with direction to the Investigating Officer to make all efforts of completing the investigation within statutory period. 4. In case of failure, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach the Trial Court for monitoring the investigation as per judgement of the Apex Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P.
