It is submitted that the claim is arising on account of the death of a workman. It is submitted that the mother of the deceased is also aged and has no source of income to sustain the livelihood. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the principal employer submits that he has already deposited the amount. Though the petition of this nature is not tenable, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent will - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:27411 WP No. 8421 of 2025 extend co-operation in disposal of the matter before the City Civil Court, Bengaluru. 4. Under the circumstances, Writ Petition stands disposed of directing both the parties to co-operate for early disposal. 5. It is made clear that nothing is expressed on the merits of the matter.
