This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Qamar, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 0054 of 2025, under Sections 64, 351(2), 333 B.N.S., registered at P.S. Bhagatpur, District Moradabad. 5.On an objection raised by learned counsel for the first informant that para-8 of the affidavit is totally misleading and false averments inasmuch as the pathological report of the victim suggests sexual assault but the pleading is totally false, misleading and contrary to it. On being countered, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the same is a typing error. He prays that the present bail application be dismissed as not pressed as he intends to file a better bail application. 6. Prayer is allowed. 7.
