The complainant has filed the present contempt petition alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 19.09.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.27089/2018 (KLR-RES). 2. The said petition was disposed of by granting liberty to the complainant to file an application online before the accused and the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:48927-DB CCC No. 1100 of 2025 accused was directed to consider the application and do the needful as expeditiously as possible. 3. The learned counsel for the accused has filed a memo producing an endorsement dated 24.09.2025, whereby the complainant’s application was disposed of, by finding that the subject land is 'Lake Land (Kere Jameenu)' and therefore, action cannot be taken for conducting durasthi as requested. 4. In view of the above, the present petition does not survive. 5. The learned counsel for the complainant seeks liberty to challenge the said endorsement. 6. The complaint is closed.
