Vide judgment dated 27.08.2024 of this Court, CRA No.820/2003 appeal was allowed in part and the Appellant/petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.5,000/- as fine within a period of 3 months from the date of judgment. 2 4. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a poor person and due to poverty he could not deposit the fine amount within the statutory period, therefore, he had moved an application for an extension of time to deposit the enhanced fine amount, on which this Hon’ble Court was pleased to extend the time for 15 days to deposit the amount vide order dated 13.12.2024 in CRMP No. 3381/2024, despite that the petitioner was not deposited the enhanced fine amount as he could not manage the said amount but, now he is in a position to deposit the fine amount, therefore, the time may kindly be extended to deposit the fine amount. 5. In view of the above submission, 15 days’ time from today is further extended to deposit the fine amount, failing which the recovery of the said fine amount shall be made as per law. 6.
