Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Pargat Singh, who is present in the Court, submitted that one of the co-accused, namely, Rajwinder Kaur has been granted the concession of anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 20.06.2025 vide CRM-M-32948-2025. He further submitted on instructions that the petitioner is not required for custodial interrogation, subject to the condition that she cooperates with the investigation process. 2. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Pargat Singh, the present petition is allowed. It is directed that in case in future the petitioner is required to join the investigation process, then she shall join the investigation and cooperate fully with the investigation process. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the Arresting/Investigating Officer on her furnishing bail bonds/sureties to his satisfaction, subject to the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
