Heard Learned counsel for petitioner and learned AGA for State. 2. This writ petition has been filed praying for following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities for fair investigation in Case Crime No.0101 of 2025, under Sections- 191(2), 115(2), 333, 352, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Airport, District- Prayagraj lodged by the petitioner within a time period as may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned AGA informs that charge-sheet has already been prepared in this case but it has not reached the court as yet. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not satisfied with the investigation since the video clipping wherein the accused persons were seen has not been collected by the Investigating Officer. 5. Writ petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to move appropriate application for further investigation after the charge-sheet reaches the court.
