She was initially appointed as HSST (Junior) Commerce on 18.08.2005. On completion of eight years of service, she was granted first Higher Grade with effect from 18.08.2013. While working there, she was promoted to the post of HSST with effect from 01.06.2018. She was not granted 15 years Higher Grade on account of the promotion. 2. At the same time, Sri. Bejoy, who is junior to the petitioner, got first Higher Grade and thereafter, 15 years Higher Grade on 18.08.2020. From 18.08.2020, the junior is drawing higher pay than the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner submitted Ext.P4 representation to rectify junior- senior anomaly. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Government Pleader representing respondents 1 to 3. 4. As the petitioner alleges senior-junior anomalies and has preferred Ext.P4 representation to the 1st respondent, it would be only appropriate that the 1st respondent considers the same and takes a decision thereon in accordance with law. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P4 and take appropriate decision thereon in accordance with law, within a period of four months, after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
