Learned counsel for applicant submitted that on the date of passing of order of Writ Court dated 24.02.2025 in Writ-C No. 5364 of 2025, premises of applicant has been sealed by Bank, which is in violation of order of Writ Court. 3. Being confronted by the Court, learned counsel for applicant could not demonstrate as to how order of Writ Court was put in the knowledge of Bank-authorities as no counsel for Bank was present before the Court on the date of order. 4. Therefore, there is no wilful disobedience of the order of the writ Court. 5. No contempt is made out. The contempt application fails and is hereby dismissed.
