The petitioner has challenged the tender floated by the respondent in respect of authorizing the successful bidder to collect fee from the unregistered persons who do business in the fair being conducted in Bajape Town Panchayat. 2. The grounds urged in the writ petition are that the petitioner was earlier having right to collect the necessary fee and even after termination, the same has been extended by three months. Now, in the middle of the financial year, his services are sought to be terminated. It is further contended that the entire tender process is being done in a hurried manner without giving sufficient time to the participants to participate in the tender process. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29749 WP No. 22760 of 2025 3. Admittedly, the period for which the petitioner was granted the right to collect fee has come to an end. The petitioner has not been able to show any subsisting right in respect of the same. Further, the time line prescribed in the tender process is not in violation of any law. The petitioner is also at liberty to participate in the tender process. 4.
