On perusal of FIR and other material evidence collected by the Investigating Officer annexed with the application, it discloses that charge-sheet was submitted in the year 2018 and trial court issued process by order dated 20.04.2018. Thereafter, instant application has filed in the year 2025 after about seven years challenging the criminal proceeding. From the record, it is also apparent that charges have been framed and witnesses are being examined. No interference is warranted. 2. In view of aforesaid fact, the Application u/s 528 BNSS is, hereby, dismissed.
