The petitioners were appointed as casual conductors and were also imparted training at the Zonal . It is submitted that the respondents have been regularizing the services of casual employees soon after they completed 240 working days, in terms of Regulation 17 of the APSRTC Employees 2 2. It is submitted that the case of the petitioners was not considered and that they are also equally entitled for the regularization of their services. 3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioners cannot automatically claim regularization when there are no vacancies. It is also submitted that the regularization of staff is a continuous process in the respondent organization and that whenever a vacancy arises efforts are made to recruit staff. It is further submitted at Para No.4 of the counter that the services of the petitioners and others were regularized from 01.07.2009 with probationary rights, vide order dated 20.07.2009. 4. Recording the said submission, the grievance of the petitioners is adequately addressed by the respondents. 5. With these observations, this Writ Petition is closed.
