The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the Recovery Certificate Prapatra 36 dated 15.05.2025 for a sum of Rs. 2157663+ interest issued by the Tehsildar Tehsil Sasni District Hathras. 2. It is informed by counsel appearing on behalf of respondent- Bank that as on date Rs. 23,28,071/- is due against the petitioner. 3. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 03.07.2025, counsel for the petitioner placed before this Court, the Bankers Cheque of Rs. 5,00,000/- in favour of the Canara Bank Kailora dated 16.07.2025. The original cheque is handed over to the counsel for the Bank namely Shri Krishna Mohan Asthana. He also make endorsement in this regard on the writ petition itself. 4. In view of the aforesaid, since some amount has already been paid by the petitioner in respect of the loan taken by him, the present petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent- Bank to provide a fresh schedule for re-payment of balance amount, after adjusting the amount already deposited on or before 15th August, 2025. Statement of account shall also be furnished to the petitioner. That amount shall thereafter be deposited in six equal quarterly installments started w.e.f. 1st October, 2025.
