By means of instant petition, the petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-
“(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus or any other writ or direction, directing the respondents to consider the candidature of the Petitioner for the post of Assistant Teacher, Government Primary School against the advertisement dated 11.06.2024 (Annexure no. 1 the Writ Petition), as per the directions and observations made by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in order dated 10.12.2024 (Annexure no. 5 the Writ Petition) passed in Review Petition (C) Diary No. 4961/2024, as the number of posts, so advertised vide aforesaid advertisement, are still laying vacant in the department. (ii) Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to conduct the counselling of the Petitioner for the post of Assistant Teacher, Government Primary Schools, against the available vacancies against the advertisement dated 11.06.2024 (Annexure no. 1 the Writ Petition), as the Petitioner are eligible for appointment on the said post.

(iii) Issue any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. (iv) Cost of petition may be awarded in favour of Petitioner.”

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 29.04.2025, passed by this Court in WPSS No. 91 of 2025, Lalit Mohan Arya Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others and other connected matters.

This fact is admitted by the learned State counsel.

Since the matter is covered, instant petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 29.04.2025, passed by this Court in WPSS No. 91 of 2025, Lalit Mohan Arya Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others and other connected matters.
