Akila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, who submitted that M.C.No.145 of 2012 on the file of the learned Family Court- Cum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge’s Court at Vijayawada was disposed of on 04.02.2015. 3. The revision case was filed against an interlocutory order granting interim maintenance to the 2nd respondent in Crl.M.P.No.330 of 2014 in 2 Dr.YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.1461 of 2014 Dated 07.04.2025 M.C.No.145 of 2012. In view of the disposal of M.C.No.145 of 2012 dated 04.02.2015 nothing survives in this criminal revision case for further adjudication as the petitioner is required to challenge the order passed in M.C.No.145 of 2012 dated 04.02.2015, if so advised. Therefore, the matter can be dismissed as infructuous. 4. As seen from the order dated 04.02.2015 in M.C.No.145 of 2012, the learned Family Court-Cum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge’s Court at Vijayawada allowed the petition directing the petitioner herein to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the respondent No.2. In view of the above, the criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
