In response to the notice, affidavit of Sh. Harinder Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Headquarter, Nuh has been filed by the learned State counsel while disclosing that Fatima is residing with the petitioner after having got married. The custody of Fatima has been handed over to the petitioner on 15.06.2025. 3. In view of the aforesaid affidavit, the cause for filing the present petition does not survive. 4.
