The case of the petitioners in brief is that the petitioners are the absolute owners of the property situated in Sy.No.265/1 and Sy.No.265/3 admeasuring an extent of Ac.3.39 cents and Ac.2.20 cents respectively situated in Kothapalli Village, Gampalagudem Mandal, NTR District. The said land was originally owned by Smt. Narredia Punnamma who was granted a Ryotwari Patta on 20.06.1960 through proceedings by the then Special Deputy Tahsildar, Inams, Vijayawada. The deity. Sri Jaganmohana Venugopala Swamy represented by its trustee was a party to the proceedings and endorsed rights of Smt. N.Punnamma. Smt. N.Punnamma had purchased the land from M.V.Lakshmi Narasamma, the successor of Kothapalli and Vinagadapa estates, through a registered sale deed in 1957. Upon the demise of Smt. N.Punnamma, her sons viz., Mr. Narsi Reddy and Mr. Bikshma Reddy orally partitioned the land along with other joint family properties. Mr.Narsi Reddy received the subject land in his share and after government acquisition of Ac.0.65 cents for the N.S.Canal Ac.5.59 cents. Later, the petitioners, being the legal heirs of Mr. Narsi he retained Reddy, further partitioned the land. The first petitioner received Ac.3.39 cents in Sy.No.265/1 and Ac.0.86 cents in Sy.No.265/3, while the second petitioner acquired Ac.1.34 cents in Sy.No.265/3 through a registered gift deed. The petitioners have been in peaceful possession and were issued pattadar passbooks and revenue records in their names. 3 When the petitioners attempted to sell their land, they came to know that it was listed under the prohibitory category under Section 22A(1)(c) and their names had been removed from online revenue records without notice and the name of Sri Jaganmohana Venugopala Swamy (Deity) was reflecting as the owner. Thereafter, they have submitted several Mee-Seva applications, including N0.TTAOI 2200090036, dated 25.06.2022 and 22.03.2021, requesting the removal of the land from the prohibitory list. Despite making representations, including one on 21.03.2023, the authorities have kept the representations of the petitioners pending, causing significant hardship to the petitioners. Feeling aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard Mr. K.Devi Prasanna Kumar, learned counsel for the 3. petitioners and learned counsels appearing for the respondents. On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have submitted several Mee-Seva applications, including N0.TTAOI 2200090036, dated 25.06.2022, requesting the delete the land from the prohibitory list. Thereafter they have submitted several applications but the respondents have not taken any action. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners requests to pass appropriate orders. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the petitioners may be directed to submit fresh application to the respondents and the respondents will dispose of the same in accordance with law. 5. 4 '<rai Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents, the petitioners are directed to submit fresh application to the respondent No.5 within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on receipt of the same, respondent No.5 is directed to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate reasoned orders within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the petitioners’ application. 6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 7. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed. Sd/- N.
