JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52615 WP No. 17655 of 2025 ORAL ORDER The petitioners filed this Writ Petition seeking for Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 16.12.2024 vide Annexure-R for granting pensionary and other retirement benefits to the petitioners in accordance with law, in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.42839- 858/2012. 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that pursuant to the representation submitted by the petitioners vide Annexure-R. Respondents 1 and 2 have recommended for grant of pensionary benefits vide communication dated 01.01.2025 and the said matter is pending before the respondent No.3. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate has produced the copy of the communication dated 01.01.2025, wherein respondents 1 and 2 have sent a recommendation to respondent No.3 for consideration of - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52615 WP No. 17655 of 2025 the representation of the petitioners and pass the appropriate order. 4. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.3 will consider the recommendation dated 01.01.2025 and pass appropriate the order in accordance with law. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for respondent No.3, I proceed to pass the following order. 6. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the recommendation dated 01.01.2025 and pass the appropriate order in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
