ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. This Review Petition is filed seeking review of the order dated 02.08.2022 in RPFC No.106/2022, wherein this Court dismissed the petition by confirming the
Order dated 28.02.2022 in C.Misc.No.155/2019 on the file of Prl. Judge, Family Court at Tumakuru.
3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the records.
4. The Family Court, Tumakuru, has awarded maintenance to the wife and their child aged 4 years and accordingly,

directed the respondent - husband to pay maintenance of Rs.15,000/- to petitioner No.1 (wife) and Rs.10,000 to petitioner No.2 (child).
5. Having taken note of the submissions made by the
learned counsel appearing for the parties and also the salary slip of the petitioner herein, filed along with the memo dated 08.09.2025, wherein it is stated that gross salary of the petitioner during the month of July, 2025 is Rs.92,438/- and net salary after standard deductions is Rs.90,438/-, and in that view of the matter, taking into consideration the fact that the respondents herein are respondents before the Trial Court, I am of the view that, the award of maintenance is just and proper and accordingly, no interference is called for in this petition. It is also made clear that there is no error apparent on the face of the record.
6. Accordingly, the Review Petition is dismissed.
