This is the second petition preferred by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short the
“BNSS”) seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.54, dated 23.04.2025 under Section 21B of the NDPS Act, 1985 (offence under Section 27, 29 of the NDPS Act added subsequently in the FIR), registered at Police Station Raman, District Bathinda.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

In case the petitioner surrenders within a period of one week from today and moves a petition under Section 483 BNSS, the same shall be decided expeditiously by the Court concerned in accordance with law.
