JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 27-08-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 205 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 310(2), 311 of the B.N.S. 3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals have committed dacoity in the house of the informant. The petitioner has been named in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused. The petitioner is involved in five more cases of similar and serious nature. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57878 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 for bail. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.
