At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 submitted that present criminal revision has now become infructuous as the same was filed against interim maintenance order dated 10.5.2024 passed by the learned court below in Maintenance Case No. 290 of 2021, however, said maintenance case has already been decided on 30.1.2025 and sum of Rs. 12,000/- per month has been awarded therein from the date of filing present application. 3. Learned counsel for the revisionist did not controvert this contention of the learned counsel for the respondent no. 2. 4. The present revision stands dismissed as being infructuous, however, revisionist has liberty to seek further remedy before this Court if same is permissible under law.
