The petitioner has challenged the orders of issuance of non-bailable warrant of arrest in the year 2005 as well as issuance of process under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure issued on 23.12.2005 followed by issuance of process under Section 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on 22.03.2006. The petitioner has kept absconding since then, the order of 2005 and 2006 have been challenged in the year 2025. 3.
