Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Atanu Banerjee submits that in view of the letter dated 22.07.2024, it is apparent that order of this Court has not been complied with and, as such, appropriate direction may be passed for compliance of the Court’s order. 3. At the very outset, Mr. Ranjan Kumar, AC to Sr. SC-I draws attention of this Court towards Paragraph No. 8 of the show cause and submits that department has already recommended the matter by issuing letter dated 12.06.2024 clearly holding therein that the petitioner is entitled for full Gratuity and Leave Encashment of 74 days which is due to him. Further the Office of the Accountant General has been directed to issue necessary authority slip. 4. In view of fair submissions of learned counsel for the Opp. Parties, Office of the Accountant General is directed to issue authority slip for payment of dues to the petitioner. However, if any other documents are required, the State is directed to do the needful and send required necessary documents to Office of the Accountant General, within a period of two weeks from such requisition. Upon 2 receipt of the same, the Accountant General shall issue authority slip to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5. Let the entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, the instant contempt petition stands disposed of.
