Mr. Pramod Kumar Rai, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent no. 2 and submits, formalities are required to be complied with as petitioner's application has been found to be acceptable. He submits, two months time will be required. 4. In view the oil company having found petitioner's application to be acceptable and submission that two months will be required to complete all formalities, no further direction need be made.
