Pleader ORDER Mr.C.Veeraraghavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that all the garbage, which had been dumped in the land in question, had been removed. (i).The Tahsildar, Aanaimalai Taluk, shall depute a responsible officer subrdinate to him to go over to Subbeagoundanpudur and inspect the properties situate at Survey No.186 of the said Village. (ii).The Tahsildar, on the basis of the report submitted by his subordinate, shall inform the Court whether the respondent Panchayat has removed the debris as directed by this Court. (ii).During the time of inspection, geotagged photographs will be taken so as to give a clear picture to this Court. 2.Today, when the contempt petition was called, a report has been filed by the Tahsildar, Anaimalai, Coimbatore District. In compliance with the order, he had personally visited the site along with the Revenue Inspector Marchanaykanpalayam and Village Administrative Officer Divansapudhur. The field inspection report shows that there is no garbage currently found in the above land. As the order has been complied with, no further directions are necessary. Contempt petition is closed.
