The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s: (i) a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ order/orders, direction for quashing the order dated 28-3- 2016 passed in Land Settlement Cancellation case No. 1/2009-10 by Additional Collector, Nalanda cancelled the Jamabandi of the petitioner's Land bearing Patna High Court CWJC No.7846 of 2016(5) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 Khata No. 252 Plot No.1874 which was settled in favour of the mother of the petitioner in the year 1982-83 (Annexure-5 partly); (ii) to treat the order impugned is nonest in the eye of law; (iii) to hold that order impugned is without jurisdiction; (iv) to any other relief/relieves for which the petitioner is found entitled. 3.
